5k today
My wife and I ran a 5k today in Akron, for the Canal Park Home Run Trot. It was a race to raise money and awareness for Juvenile Diabetes research. We both finished, and my wife improved on her last time. She ran in 36 minutes!!! This was my first 5k, and I finished in 40 minutes!!! Just wanted to share the news!! Talk to you later on...
